This award is a testament to the impact the open-source community has on the drone industry, a community with relentless devotion to driving us onward. I'm humbled and honoured to receive this award. I'm full of so much gratitude right now, and I do not feel elevated above any of my fellow nominees. It was my great fortune to be there when this industry first got off the ground.

I want to thank my family, the Dronecode Foundation, the open-source community, and everyone who has helped me get where I am, but most importantly, to those who continue supporting me because my mission isn't over. Thank you.
